Giving to Clemson: National Scholars Program (NSP)

Since 2000, the Clemson National Scholars Program (NSP) has transformed the lives of Clemson’s most exceptional students—cultivating bold thinkers, global leaders, and service-driven changemakers. In honor of the program’s 25th anniversary, the Clemson Honors College has launched a special fundraising effort as part of the Fiercely Forward campaign to ensure the next 25 years are even more impactful.

The National Scholars Program Endowment and National Scholars Excellence fund both directly underwrite outside the classroom opportunities for NSP students — in perpetuity and for immediate impact, respectively.

Your gift will help Clemson build a reimagined experience for future Scholars centered on global internships, student-led travel, senior showcases, and faculty mentorship.

Gift options include:

$5,500,000 – Underwrites full 25th anniversary vision

$625,000 – Endows a new NSP Faculty Fellow position

$125,000 – Supports a cohort’s summer internships

$50,000 – Supports a cohort’s Maymester trip

$25,000 – NSP Faculty Fellow support for one-year

$10,000 – One Scholar’s internship

$5,000 – Speaker series, retreats, and seminars

$1,000 – Student-led NSP Impact Projects
