Giving to Clemson: Chemistry
Chemistry is deeply ingrained in our University traditions. Clemson has offered undergraduate degrees in chemistry almost from the founding of the institution, and it was among the first departments at Clemson to offer a doctorate. Margaret Marie Snider was the first woman to earn a Clemson degree in 1957 and she was a Chemistry major. We continue the proud tradition of educating chemists and many Tigers through discovery, learning and engagement.
Philanthropic gifts strengthen our research and teaching, help recruit and retain the best faculty and students, and support new discovery and learning initiatives. Thank you for your support of all Tigers who pass through our doors.
