GIVING TO CLEMSON: Class of 1975 Golden Anniversary Projects
GOLDEN TIGER LANE, A GIFT FROM THE CLASS OF 1975
Clemson University’s new Alumni and Visitors Center will impact the entire Clemson community. It is a first-in-the-nation unified space that will bring together individuals across generations. A central spot for Clemson’s most crucial partners and programs, the Center has been designed to support key components of the unmatched Clemson Journey — a journey the Class of 1975 knows well.
To support the creation of this remarkable building, the Class of 1975 has set a goal of $250,000 to reserve a naming opportunity for the path at the new Alumni and Visitors Center. The path will be named Golden Tiger Lane, a Gift From the Class of 1975, once the $250,000 has been raised.
For Golden Tiger Lane $129,993 has been raised towards our goal of $250,000.
The path will be located at the rear of the building, overlooking the 18th green. It will serve as a connection between the Alumni and Visitors Center, Clyde V. Madren Center, Warren and Virginia Owen Pavilion, Sole on the Green, and John E. Walker Sr. Golf Course.
CLASS OF 1975 SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT
Scholarships opened the door for many of these students, giving them the support they need to push past financial barriers and take part in the Clemson Experience.
The Class of 1975 Scholarship Endowment is a Universitywide scholarship fund with the intention to be maintained in perpetuity. Donors can also start and/or support existing named scholarships. $213,700 has been raised for scholarships, surpassing our $100,000 goal.
